In my freelance work as a graphic designer, I’ve had the opportunity to support small businesses such as Mindful Return, a global movement dedicated to helping new moms and dads navigate the uncertain terrain of working parenthood.

Over the past eight years, I have collaborated closely with founder Lori Mihalich-Levin to develop creative projects that expand the company’s reach and amplify its message. Through thoughtful, brand-aligned design, I’ve helped translate Mindful Return’s mission into visual materials that resonate with working parents and professional audiences alike.

While the organization already has an established logo and brand guidelines, they frequently require marketing materials including flyers and brochures for the events and trainings they host.

For each project, I gather the necessary information, ensure alignment with existing brand standards, and present several design options for review. The final materials have been used by Mindful Return chapters in the UK, India, Portugal, and South Africa, supporting their global outreach and impact.
